Ongoing operations support (Feb 2025 – present)

Scope: Operational support and logistics for crude oil handling and terminal services, manpower supply, minor mechanical and instrumentation maintenance, safety & compliance advisory.

Challenges: Maintaining continuity of crude throughput while coordinating multiple contractors, adhering to strict port regulations and ensuring environmental controls for handling hydrocarbons.

Solutions implemented:

Outcomes & metrics: Improved terminal availability and reduced unscheduled downtime through proactive support and site supervision.

Deliverables: Weekly operations reports, manpower rosters, equipment readiness checklists, safety observations and incident logs.

Scheduled outage — Oct 2021 (multi-week scope)

Scope: Distillation tower repair, pressure parts replacement, hydrostatic testing, NDT inspection, mechanical fit-up and process restoration.

Key tasks & technical notes:

Outcome: Units returned to service meeting performance specifications with all QA documentation signed off.

Al Hamriyah Tank Cleaning & Sludge Removal (Mar 2018)

Campaign (Mar 2018)

Scope: Entry, sludge recovery, dewatering, transfer and compliant disposal of hydrocarbon wastes. Site remediation and cleaning of tank internals with witness testing and final certification.

Environmental controls: Containment booms, slop tanks, sample testing and documented chain of custody for disposed materials.

Outcome: Successful recovery and compliant disposal; tanks reinstated after passing hydrostatic and NDT verification.

Iraq Fuel Storage Construction — January 2015

Iraq

Fuel Storage Tanks — Iraq (Jan 2015)

Scope: Construction of three fuel storage tanks totalling 41,000 CM capacity — civil foundations, shell assembly, welding, hydrotesting and commissioning to international standards.

Key achievements: All tanks delivered with full test packages, material certificates and as-built documentation.
